Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Little Biz.


Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Little Biz does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.


Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Placing Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Price

The prices are indicated in Australian Dollars. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.


Yearly membership fees will renew on the 1 year anniversary of the original purchase at the original purchase price.


It is the responsibility of the Client to cancel their membership if they choose not to continue with the yearly subscription. Failure to cancel will result in the automatic renewal of the membership, and the yearly fee will be charged accordingly.


If a member wishes to cancel their membership and renew at a later date, they will need to rejoin at the current advertised price, which may be more than the initial purchase price.

Your information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.


You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.


By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products, courses or memberships.


Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).


Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.


All payments are taken via an online payment gateway, including but not limited to Stripe and Paypal. All payments are captured through these gateways and all information transferred is encrypted as per the operations of the payment gateway. The payment gateway then transfers the payment to our account - at no stage do we have direct access to your sensitive payment information.

Delivery

If at any time we offer physical product, it is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct postal address.


The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Little Biz Growth Academy

Membership Overview: The Little Biz Growth Academy (the “Membership”) is an online educational membership designed to teach small and micro business owners the essential business and marketing foundations needed to establish and grow a strong business.


Content: The Membership is comprised of video lectures, reading materials, and exercises. Little Biz reserves the right to update, modify or remove any content of the Membership at any time without prior notice.


Access: Upon enrollment and payment, members will receive access to the Membership through the website courses.littlebiz.com.au, which is hosted on the platform systeme.io. Members will have access to the Membership for a period of 12 months starting from 1st January 2024, or from their purchase date if purchased after the 1st January 2024. For access after the 12 month period, the membership fee needs to be purchased again, for as long as the Membership is available on the systeme.io platform.


Intellectual Property: All Membership content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and exercises, is the property of Little Biz and is protected by copyright law. Members are prohibited from sharing or reproducing any membership content without prior written consent from Little Biz.


Refunds: Little Biz offers a 7-day refund policy for the Membership, provided the member has not completed their enrollment on the systeme.io platform and has not accessed the membership content. If a member wishes to receive a refund, they must email admin@littlebiz.com.au within 7 days of purchase.


Disclaimer: Little Biz makes no guarantees of any specific outcomes or results from participation in the Membership. The Membership is provided “as is” and Little Biz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.


By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
